These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Glazing Resources's platform and services (collectively referred to as the "Service"). By using Glazing Resources platform, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using Glazing Resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional guidelines or rules provided by Glazing Resources. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use Glazing Resources.
2.2. You agree to provide accurate information during the registration process.
2.3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.4. In order to qualify as a US Glass Shop that can access the site for free (5 seats meaning up to 5 people from your company can be on the site at one time) under Glazing Resources terms you must meet the following:
Have an active web site connected to the registered glass shop’s name.
Have sales under $25,000,000.00 per year (honor system).
Be only a glass shop (glass, auto glass, stain glass,) – if you are a glass shop and anything thing else (locksmith, paint store, train manufacturer, auto repair shop, etc.) you may not qualify for a free registration (final decision by Glazing Resources).
Complete the registration form completely.
Agree to receive a phone call from Glazing Resources at registration time so Glazing Resources can verify information.
Agree to follow the guidelines of the site including issuing quote to the GC through the site so other registered glass shops can see how many bids a GC is receiving before they commit resources to a bid.
Solicit RFQ’s through the site website so vendors can reply through the web site so they are in the same position as a glass shop knowing how many suppliers quotes a glass shop has received before they commit resources to the bid
3.1. You are solely responsible for any content you post or upload on Glazing Resources, including text, photos, videos, documents and any other media ("User Content").
3.2. You grant Glazing Resources a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content for the purpose of providing the Service.
3.3. You agree not to post or share content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringing on the rights of others.
3.4. You agree that no one from your company will place advertisements anywhere on the site without Glazing Resources authorization.
4.1. You may only use Glazing Resources for lawful purposes.
4.2. You may not use the Service to harass, stalk, or impersonate others.
4.3. You may not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
4.4. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Glazing Resources or its related systems.
4.5. You may not use the Service to solicit employees for employment through the Glazing Resources website.
4.6. You may not use the RFQ board to advertise anything but a request for quotes for specific glazing industry goods or services for a specific project.
5.1. Users can send connection requests to other users but not for the purpose of discussing employment.
5.2. You may not misuse connection requests for spam or unwanted solicitations.
5.3. Glazing Resources reserves the right to limit or terminate your account if you engage in abusive networking practices.
5.4. You agree no one from your company will solicit employees from any other registered glazing resources customer.
6.1. You can create and share posts, requests for quotes (RFQs), and quotes on Glazing Resource.
6.2. All posts and RFQs must adhere to the User Content guidelines mentioned in Section 3.
Your use of Glazing Resources is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.
All payments are non-refundable - no exceptions.
All information is for reference only – Glazing resources is not responsible for any financial responsibilities due to any incorrect information, malfunctions in the software & site operations or other claims – all guest on the site (registered or not) waive their right to launch any legal claim or action against Glazing Resources for any reason.
Glazing Resources reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time and for any reason, without notice.
11. Changes to Terms
Glazing Resources may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes through the Service. Your continued use of Glazing Resources after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By using Glazing Resources, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
